I’m a learning and development specialist with a passion for enablement, instructional design, and creating training that people actually enjoy. My superpowers? Turning complex information into concise, learner-focused, and accessible experiences—infused with personality (and maybe a few puns).
I design engaging, visually compelling learning that boosts employee impact—not the kind people click through just to check a box. (We’ve all suffered through those!)
Beyond training, I’m a problem-solver at heart, especially for the messy, daunting challenges others avoid. I thrive on improving processes, breaking the status quo, and finding scalable solutions—yesterday. Highly organized and proactive, I’m the teammate who jumps in to help, makes everything prettier (hello, templates!), and keeps projects moving forward.
